    1. Crisis averted. She responded back and apologized for disappearing. I think I just need to calm down. One of the bad habits I have is that I sometimes assume the worst of situations like these. So, I shouldn't force things and just.... as an awesome guy said, "Be like water." She does still want to hang out. She suggested this weekend, but it stinks that I have to go back home to help a friend shoot a short movie.

    2. If it's not one thing, it's the other. Ever since I got my health insurance, my body has started falling apart. You may remember me complaining about pulling my back for about 7 seconds and also my hands aching (which might have been carpal tunnel, because I've been a drummer for 7-8 years). And now, on my walk home, my left foot began to experience pain in my inside arch. When I put pressure on either my inside or outside arch, the pain intensifies (only directly on the balls of my foot or my toes does it not hurt). I didn't roll my ankle, step on anything weird, or anything. So, I don't understand what it might be...
    3. How are you guys?

  • 3. I'm awesome.
    2. Might be time for new shoes?
    1. Ah well, if she wants to hang out with you, she'll make it happen.

  • 1. YAY crises averted, I hope you guys get to meet up soon :)

    2. You're getting old hahah

    3. I am just about to make some peanut butter toast and finish off something to send to the financial manager :) wish me luck.

  • @Thatslifekid -
    3. Excellent. Glad all is good.
    2. Well, I hope not. Because those were the most comfortable work shoes I've ever wore.
    1. We'll see what happens. Hopefully we do and 3rd time's a charm (where something positive does happen between us).

    @isitreal_no -
    1. I hope so too. I pitched Thursday night, but that's still up in the air.
    2. I am no.... okay, maybe. Put me back together!
    3. Wooot! You'll get it done!

  • 1. Yay! 2. Nay :( 3. Good :)

  • @laytexduckie - how long have you had said shoes?

  • #1 It's good that she responded. Maybe she reads your blog.

#2 - maybe it's your shoes? Or maybe you have flat feet and need arch support. You might want to consider seeing a podiatrist if the pain gets worse.

    #3 I just got home - it's been a long day.

  • @jennylovve - Sweet and to the point. :)

@Thatslifekid - I've had them for a little over a year. About the same amount of time I've been wearing them for work.

@ElusiveWords - 1. I doubt it. Haha. If she did though, I would have the most awkward poker face when I meet up with her.
    2. Well, the weird thing is this is the first time it has happened. The pain is gone now, but for about 10-15 minutes, it kinda hurt to put a lot of pressure on it. If it comes back, I'll be sure to have it looked at.
    3. Ah I see. Well, hopefully you have some good time to unwind, grab some tea or wine, and enjoy yourself. :)

  • @laytexduckie - and you wear them 8 hours a day, 5 days a week... do you have an alternate pair you could try for a week?

  • @Thatslifekid - I do... but I haven't touched those in over a year. Hahah. Maybe now would be a good time to let them see daylight again.

  • @laytexduckie - It'd at least be a good place to start.

  • Praying for a speedy recovery!

  • Go to the Dr and send me your vicodin. At least you're falling apart when you have health insurance.
