A little annoyed with someone. I asked if she is free Friday night at the beginning of the week, and she mentioned that she might be free. I enthused that we should meet up Friday night. I inquired on Wednesday if she was still up to maybe meet Friday night, and no answer… even though she has logged onto her account a few times between that message and now. What is so hard about saying, “Yes, let’s hang out.”, “Sorry, can’t. Busy with work/etc.”, or “Sorry. No longer interested.”?

Yeah, I don’t understand why she couldn’t answer you back. Maybe she was busy, but it shouldn’t take that long to update you on the situation.
